Development of Wellness Therapy Job Training Program for Women’s Married Immigrant

This study was developed for the married women immigrants for the purpose of supporting to get a job. This development of program analysis the trait of human resources including the married women immigrants s academic background. It reflects the supply investigation of labor market in a community and it has developed concerning employment in the first time. We have implemented to prove the efficiency about employment and connectivity about this program. In demonstrative management, we had investigated about program management for satisfaction and knew that experience adaptation in working place. Based on depth interview the program has completed drawing the problem. The goal of training is that it was to foster an export management for adapting the technology in work. The training process is four and the term is 3 month, 252 hours. 9 people got a job among 15 people. So it proves the development of this program is successful. Besides the way of efficient management for married women immigrants is the understanding toward them. To improve ability of speaking Korean, teachers should responsible all. Besides, we need to lead the adaptation of education and focus on the bond. Also we should manage day care facilities, commute and take care of pregnant women.
