교축관 길이에 따른 냉동기의 성능변화에 대한 실험적 연구

Experimental Study on the Performance Variation of Refrigeration Systems Based on the Axial Tube Length

The performance of self-made small refrigerator equipment using R-134a as a refrigerant was investigated based on capillary tube length and its arrangement type. The length of capillary tubes are 0.8m, 1.1m, 1.3m, and 1.6m for single arrangement. Parallel series is used as a modified arrangement type and the capillary tubes of different length are installed for this series.(i.e. 0.8m and 1.1m, 1.1m and 1.3m, and 1.3m and 1.6m) The results are following; 1) the performances of refrigerator equipment vary linearly for single arrangement and vary non-linearly for parallel series as the length of capillary tube varies, 2) in overall, the performances for 0.8m capillary tube length in the single arrangement are good as comparing to other models but 0.8m and 1.1m parallel series seems to be good in the view of temperature drop in the refrigerator space.
