평면 연삭에서 WA연삭숫돌이 사출 금형강에 미치는 표면조도에 관한 연구

The Study on Surface Roughness of Mold Die Material Influenced by WA Grinding Wheel

With being set up like these ; mold material as SCr4, SKD6, STD61, and SM45C, spindle speed as 3,450rpm, structure as m, grinding wheel material as WA, grain size as #46, #60, #80 and #100, wheel grade as J, K, L, and N, and grinding depth as 5㎛, 15㎛, 25㎛, 35㎛, and 45㎛. The experiment performed under the condition says that the deeper grinding depth is, the rougher the surface roughness is. Especially, grinding depth being above 25㎛, the surface roughness obviously becomes rough. On the other hand, grain size doesn t affect the surface roughness, however, in the case of WA60, the surface roughness of STD61 and SCr4 are much coarser than SKD6 and SM45. Among WA46, WA60, WA80 and WA100, the most efficient and finest surface roughness can be showed in WA46, under various grinding depth.
