A Study on Noise Reduction of the Sun-Shade Motor for a Use of Vehicles

The sun-shade for cars is a part of vehicles which screens sunlight of rear seat .It has applications to a medium, large size of domestic cars and requests of customers are demanded about high grade level and convenience. Especially the reduction of interior noises becomes important to customers, and feel keenly the necessity of exertion about reduction of working noise which is originated the system. For solution of it, this paper searches major factors of interior noises which are originated vibration of sun-shade for cars and shows design solutions which settle noise factors of sun shade working motor and related parts.
