Al 7475-T761 박판재의 점용접 조건에 따른 인장전단강도 특성

In this study, optimal welding condition in resistance spot welding of 0.6mm thick 7475-T761 Aluminum alloy sheets was investigated by tensile-shear strength test with changing various welding conditions respectively. The variations of hardness and nugget shapes were observed at the spot-welded zone. The hardness of spot-welded part is the lowest at the nugget center. When electrode force and welding cycle are constant, hardness increases as high as welding current. When welding current and welding cycle are constant, hardness increases as high as electrode force. Optimal welding condition of 0.6mm thick 7475-T761 Aluminum alloy sheets showing the highest tensile-shear strength was 1760N, 3cycle and 14kA.
