In this paper, simulation called an electric shock at voltage of 220[V] in case of inundation as I used a human body model of Andrew. Configuration of a circuit composed it with a human body model of Andrew. At a hand of a human body, chest, the groins and measurement of electric current sold, and voltage composed it so as to consist in chest and legs. As a result, voltage of 110[V] is streaming to 130[V], inside of a thigh on 213[V], chest to a hand after a feeler the almost 0[V] voltage that streamed close to a transposition before a charge power equipment feeler of hands human body. As a human body can develop in a shock or a heart stop etc., and I confirmed it after a direct feeler of charge power equipment, take safe into consideration, and charge power equipment work can know enough underwater it.
