TiO2 첨가에 따른 Mg4Ta2O9 세라믹스의 마이크로파 유전특성

Microwave Dielectric Properties of Mg4Ta2O9 Ceramics with TiO2 Additions

The microwave dielectric properties of(1-x)Mg4Ta2O9-xTiO2 ceramics(x=0.3, 0.4) were investigated. All samples were prepared by the conventional mixed oxide method and sintered in the range from 1350℃ to 1425℃. The structural properties were investigaed with sintering temperature by X-ray Diffractor meter. According to the X-ray diffraction patterns of the specimens, major phase of the hexagonal Mg4Ta2O9 were appeared. In the case of 0.7Mg4Ta2O9-0.3TiO2 and 0.6Mg4Ta2O9-0.4TiO2 ceramics sintered at 1400℃, dielectric constant, quality factor and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency were 11.72, 126,419 GHz, -31.82 ppm/℃ and 12.19, 109,411 GHz, -17.21 ppm/℃, respectively.
