The characteristics of breakdown voltage about temperature and pressure with the constant gas volume are decreased because of the reduction of pressure with temperature. However the breakdown voltage is increased in a part of section. The characteristics of breakdown voltage of SF6 are three times higher than I-Air, but SF6 is divided into three steps by decreasing of temperature. The first step is according to the Paschen s law, but the breakdown voltage of the second step is increased during the decreasing of temperature and pressure. The characteristics of last step are decreased sharply. But I-Air is applied to Paschen s law generally, and there were not large deflections of breakdown voltage.
