To compete with global SPA(Specialty Store Retailer of Private Label Apparel) brands, the study of marketing strategy for national brands is as bellows. First, With effective distribution system, pricing competitive product should be developed. Second, To strengthen the competitiveness of national SPA brands a display of SPA brand s shop and a visual merchandising should be differentiated to meet the brand s concept. Third, Strengthen the trend of causal wear and develop the design to meet a fast fashion changes. Fourth, It is required to set the strategy of unique image for national SPA brands.
