Mono polymer has many defects such as structural, mechanical, electrical weak point. In the space charge distribution analysis, we investigated tendency of space charge distribution with applied voltage variation, also applied time dependency of space charge distribution according to blend ratio each specimen using PEA method. Through this experiment, we present mixture ratio with optimal insulation performance for HVDC transmission and distribution cable. From the results of space charge distribution according to applied voltage dependency, as applied voltage increase, homo charge was accumulated in cathode side of pure EVA specimen. In 70:30 specimen, we confirm that positive charge formed anode side migrate to cathode side act as hetero charge according to voltage variation of applied voltage. In case of blend ratio 70:30 specimen according to applied time increase, Increment of mobility depends upon morphology of specimen such as polar group, scission of low molecular PE chains, interface between imperfect spherulites and amorphous region etc. It was formed hetero charge by acceleration of migrate to cathode side of positive carrier.
