The Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB) technique with a special experimental apparatus can be used to obtain the material behaviors under high strain rate loading condition. During the experiment, specimens were placed between the incident and the transmit bar. Attempts to apply the SHPB in measurement of polymeric materials suffer from limitations on the maximum achievable strain and high noise to signal ratios. This paper introduces an aluminum SHPB experiment with the pulse shaping technique, which overcomes some of these limitations. The proposed method uses aluminum pressure bars to achieve a closer impedance match between the pressure bars and the specimen of polymer materials, such as Polycarbonate, Polybutylene and Polyoxymethylene. It is due to produce for using many automobile parts because it is the best anti-electricity material and also Polybutylene has the best mechanical characteristic material, thus providing a low noise to signal ratio data. Furthermore, the improved dynamic deformation behaviors of the polymeric materials under the high strain rate compressive loading are determined using the Pulse shaper technique in SHPB experiment.
