In this study, the FTO, ITO, LOW-E Glass is a transparent conductive electrode materials were deposited on Transparent glass. Ag paste was printed on these materials, the substrate temperature between 600∼650℃ by sintering in the electrical resistance, microstructure and bonding were analyzed. In these conditions, a stable electrically conductive FTO were selected. Characteristics of these materials, LED lights were measured by applying a light-emitting efficiency measurements. As a result, FTO conductive electrode material is good and good permeability at 630℃ sintering temperature conditions. respectively.
