대학생을 대상으로 한 셀프리더십(긍정마인드) 교육의 효과에 대한 연구

A Study on the Effects of Self-Leadership(Positive Mind) Training with College Students as Research Subjects -A Special Case of Korea Polytechnics Student Leadership Workshop-

The objective of this research is to identify the effects of self-leadership training, with college students as the research subjects. The basis of leadership for a person may include proper attitude towards, and understanding of self, and self-management abilities. This research was performed to identify what kinds of changes were shown in self-leadership and its effects in the students who received the applicable self-leadership training. For this research, the degree of changes of before and after the training were measured through a survey pre/post the 3 day self-leadership training with 160 college students as the research subjects. The research results showed an improvement effect in self-leadership for the students who participated in the training, and the most effects were identified especially in the areas of ‘communication’ and ‘time management’, which were the weakest areas of self-leadership. Also, after the training, the students personally felt meaningful transition effects and expressed that they began gaining positive acknowledgement of self through the training. And through the results of this research, the requirements for initiating future self-leadership training were proposed.
