A number of transistors per unit area was increased by the development of semiconductor technology, and therefore analog and digital integrated circuits are compounded in one chip using CMOS technology. So, it is very important that stability of the supply voltage and supply current in compound control system. In this paper, a new voltage reference circuit for low-voltage and low-power applications is proposed. These lab-results are proofed by the 0.5㎛ parameter HSPICE simulation. As the result, the temperature dependency for output voltage is 0.56 ㎷/℃, and then the power dissipation is 1.7 ㎷ on 5V supply voltage. The proposed CMOS reference voltage circuit can be applied to the low-voltage and low-power operating circuit in data acquisition systems. this proposed reference voltage circuit was designed by CMOS process alone. in the such case, if you can be used this circuit on a sub-block using area, a configuration of processing additional circuit is unnecessary, moreover it was reduced costs and was improved compatibility.
