The purpose of this study is to suggest the effective ventilation frequency that can minimize energy cost maintaining acceptable IAQ level in the clean room. This study was to investigate the number of ventilation to maintain the concentration of suspended particles in the clean room, and takes the power and air volume was calculated according to the number of ventilation. As a result of the experiment, the number of optimal ventilation to maintain the concentration of suspended particles are expected to be able to contribute to the reduction of initial investment costs, maintenance costs and energy costs.
