A Finish cutting of MCT manufactures repeatedly until the limitation of tools, taking into account demanding quality and raw-material price reduction. A Finish which is done at the end of final processing influences a surface quality so it needs to manage a surface quality and utilize tools on the condition of cutting. Therefore, this thesis, in the processing with MCT, will examine Surface Roughness Characteristics according to Machining Conditions using the Face Cutter between 5 times and 15 times, in the different depth of cutting condition among 0.05, 0.1 and 0.15mm, in the different table feed rate among 100, 170 and 200m/min, and in the different spindle speed among 1500, 2000 and 2500rpm.
