Current developments in the domestic machine industry high precision, high speed and versatile on the shelf in pursuing and representative functions combined milling the existing X, Z, C-axis milling functionality attached possible. According to the current cutting materials machined surface roughness of the cutting conditions and tool nose radius and tool of the impact of the phenomenon has been greatly cutting conditions. In this study, aircraft, and precision machine parts, machined of aluminum 7075 is used in CNC lathe machine cutting speed, feed rate of tool nose radius of cutting tools and cutting tests were performed according to. In addition, tool of the cooling and water-soluble cutting oil coolant cooled by the cooling of the workpiece by a cutting surface roughness is intended to be investigated. In study, depth of cut was increased to 0.1~0.4㎜ the aluminum alloy 2024, 7075 show that the surface roughness is almost the same. And tool nose radius of 0.8㎜ than 0.4㎜ picture of when approximately 50% of the surface roughness values were less.
