FSW lechnology, originated from rriction welding, is in the limclight of a wclding 1l1clhod which causcs littlc dcformation, is non-consumablc, and supplics high Quality joint without welding defection, fume. noise and harmful ligh t. 1n this study, principle and charactcristics of FSW with AI 707 allov a ll10n various aluminum alJoys aft! invcstigatcù änd analyzed by using tech nical charactcristics ()f FS , as a new method which can solve the problel11 ()fl11elting welding of aluminum a!loy The experimenL is carriec1 ouL with AI 7075 made by ALCOA EUROPE with thickness of 8m1l1, tα)1 which mm has pins 7.5mm in length with stirring speed for 400, 600.
