This paper discusses the notch related fracture behavior of shot-fiber reinforced thermoplastics. the stress concentration factor of the matrix the specimen with notch hole seems that the carbon content of 0%, 10% were seen with 3.29, 3.67, gradually increased. the weld specimen of carbon content of 0%, 10% were seen with 4.92, 5.91. The results of comparing the strength of the specimen in accordance with the notch of the substrate carbon fiber carbon content of 0%. 10% is seen the strength of 42.1MPa, 59.3MPa, respectively. Welding material of carbon fiber carbon content of 0%, 10% were seen with 42MPa, 44.1MPa respectively.
