The purpose of this study was to provide a basic data that can work on the tool wear and the cutting properties of the Inconel 718 become critical aviation and space industry, and is applied to the industry is the final goal. Inconel 718 is an important material used in the engine of the aircraft in the super heat-resistant alloy. Generally, difficult-to-cut materials is difficult to process the cutting. In this paper, by using a three feed rate and three cutting speed materials described above were placed variables total of nine, and to analyze the cutting properties through the tool wear and the cutting resistance. Tool wear analyzes with the SEM in particular.
