Heat is produced in a electrical and electronice equipment because there are integrated a lot of devices in electronic circuit. The heat induce the degradation performance of electronic devices and the degradation of the device s malfunction. There are many studies about the control techniques of thermal dissipation from the electronic devices. Metal materials like aluminum have a good heat resistant efficiency. but the materials are very heavy and have no good economic feasibility. Therefore there are required many needs about study on heat conduction characteristics of reinforced polymer composite materials. There are many materials of heat-resistant materials with high temperature conductive filler such as carbon materials or ceramic materials. Industrial electronic devices that are used in the electrical and electronic field is composite materials like most engineering plastic.
