Development of Environment Public Facilities Design for the Green Area of the Industrial Complex

Our country, we experienced accomplishment of rapid industrialization motivated by Saemaul movement, joined in OECD and became World s 11th in economic growth. However unlike this growth it is true that the improvement of industrial parks within public facilities were ignored. The purpose of public facilities are to get enough space for workers rest, increase their working qualities and produce better visual and functional working space so that it can improve not only satisfaction of their work also existing companies will continue to support activities enable smooth production. It would be easy to develop greenary area with each design and set up with special ordered product but as the time pass by public facilities would grow old, their repair fee would make economical problem. To make these drawbacks less it is urgent to develop standard design public facilities with variety of set composition to make one. Therefore in this thesis we are designing 4 public facilities with Pagora for greenery area with eco-friendly and system module products to solve both workers cultural pride, satisfaction of working space and continuous maintenance.
