A Study on the Internet Broadcasting Through Streaming Techniques

This paper is optimize streaming media service implementation of the environment of broadcasting and communication convergence services based on the internet broadcasting is general web to provide content like web servers, required streaming media server for the provision of internet broadcasting in need streaming media servers.
