비접촉 CMM의 에지 강화인자에 대한 연구

Non-contacting CMM increasingly used in recent industrial applications of probes for coordinate measuring machine. We have been found more efficient than conventional touch trigger probes with ball tips especially in inspecting small-sized objects. Also it has high performance 3D non-contact measuring capabilities via the use of CCD camera and optical sensor. In order to determine the optical imaging of edge was theoretically analyzed and practically adopter to image processing for edge detection. In addition, this paper proposes a designing the measurement instrument and relative device and to experiment through comparative analysis between kernel size and edge enhancement to clarify the detecting of edge, leading to contribution to the wide expansion of use.
