The power factor comparing of other record of the value of measuring increasing the length of neon tube of electronic transformer for neon developed this study is best, Brightness is also good comparing of other records, the value of a brightness is 510 cd/m² under rated voltage. The expectation effect of this study is increasing power saving function and power factor, the variableness of a frequency and adjustment of a brightness is possible, so we expect various inflections and practical applications because of realizing various lighting control functions suitable to user s demand conditions
