A Study on the Performance Measurement of Evaporation Pressure Parallel Control Refrigeration System

The refrigeration system with parallel control of evaporation pressure is used to refrigerate two separate spaces with two different temperature by one compressor. This refrigeration system can be operated by accurate performing load estimation of each evaporator. The experiment was conducted to connect the general vapor compression refrigerating system to two evaporators in parallel, to attach the evaporator pressure regulator to the high temperature evaporator, and to regulate the evaporator pressure once per 0.5 bar. The result of the experiment shows that the variation of evaporation pressure of the high temperature evaporator has little effect on the low temperature evaporator, but some effect on both the compression ratio and the COP(Coefficient Of Performance).
