This paper shows the result of RF Amp nonlinear characteristics using Rapp model. The measurements were analyzed the AM/AM; AM/PM characteristics of AMP and the BER performances of OFDM. The results of the measurement are as follows-gain and phase were 1~0.94645, 1~0.772 when input power was increased - 28~-26dBm. And we confirmed the performance of BER(l0-4) was decreased 8dB in case of QPSK.
