자기펄스발생기의 고전압 대용량화에 관한 연구

A Study on Large Capability of the Magnetic Pulse Generator with High Voltage Electricity

Recently, high-developed domestic industry and environmental issues demand high-voltage short-pulse power supply(power, voltage, pulse width and repetition rate of 100KW, 150KV, 500ns and 500Hz, respectively) for electron beam process and pulse corona process. In such power and operation principle of a pulse-power supply with a two-stage magnetic-compression circuit and linear pulse transformer are described. Also, an analysis and experiments are performed to verify the proposed topology by implementing a 10[J] class experimental circuit. The efficiency of the transferred at the load side is 82[%]. Therefore when I tried to install 20 magnetic pulse generator modules with 15[KV], 10[J/pulse] classes in the first side of a coaxial linear pulse transformer, I identified the possibilities of development in a huge magnetic pulse generator with a high degree of efficiency generating 150[KV] to 200[J/pulse] classes output in the second side.
