고속가공에 있어서 공구냉각방법에 따른 듀랄루민의 가공특성에 대한 연구

A Study on Cutting Characteristic of Duralumin to Tool Cooling Method in High-Speed Machining

Surface roughness of workpiece in high-speed machining is precision of machine economic importance. Using flat end maill, cutting characteristics by the high speed cutting conditions of extra super duralumin were studied experiment. In this study, the effects of high-speed machine spindle speed, feed rate, tool cold method(Compression air and water-soluble cutting oil) on surface roughness investigated by using extra super duralumin. It is found that the surface roughness decreased with spindle speed in high-speed machining of extra super duralumin as is same trend with of other materials
