대학생 핵심역량 척도 요인 타당화 연구

Development and Validation of a Collegiate Core Competencies Scale

본 연구는 대학생 핵심역량 척도 요인의 타당성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구, 대학생을 대상으로 한 개방형 설문과 심층 면접 후 질적 분석을 통해 86개의 예비 문항을 개발하였다. 이후 충남 지역의 대학생 279명을 대상 으로 1차 설문조사한 뒤 문항 분석과 탐색적 요인 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 총 51문항으로 구성된 대학생 핵심역량 척도가 개발되었다. 이를 서울, 인천, 충남 지역의 대학생 761명을 대상으로 설문 조사한 후, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 요인 구조를 확 인하였다. 확인적 요인 분석 결과 모든 적합도 지수(TLI, CFI, RMSEA)가 수용적인 수준으로 나타나 구성 타당도가 높음을 보여주고 있다. 또한 직업능력 요소로서 핵심역량 척도와의 상관관계를 통해 공인 타당도를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 대학생 핵심역량 척도에서는 협력적 리더십 역량, 글로벌 역량, 대인관계 역량, 진로 개발 역량, 창의적 문제해결 역량, 자기관리 역량 등 총 6개의 요인이 추출되었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 대학생 핵심역량 척도가 갖는 의의 및 대학 교육에 주는 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

This study aims to develop and validate a college students’ core competencies scale to find out the factors. For this purpose, I developed 86 preliminary items through literature review, open-ended surveys, and focus interviews. A main survey was administered to 279 college students in Chungnam areas, and then I conducted item analysis and exploratory factor analysis. This resulted in a scale consisting of 51 items. Next, this scale was administered to 761 college students in Seooul, Incheon, Chungnam areas and a confirmatory factor analysis was acceptable fit indices. Also, good concurrent validity was shown through the correlation between this newly developed scale and core competencies scale as element of vocational ability. The collegiate core competencies scale was composed of six factors including cooperative leadership competency, global competency, interpersonal relation competency, career development competency, creative problem-solving competency, self-management competency. Implications and suggestions were provided based on the results.
