청년기에 지각하는 사회적 자본이 개인 및 사회 인식에 미치는 영향

The Effects of the Perceived Social Capital on the Personal Characteristics and the Social Perception in Early Adult Period

본 연구에서는 청년기의 사회적 자본에 대한 인식이 개인 및 사회·경제적 인식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 분석을 위하여 직업능력개발원에서 가장 최근에 발표한 한국교육고용패널(KEEP)자료 중 12차년도 고3 코호트 자료를 사용하였고 2551명을 대상으로 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 국내 청년층의 자기효능감에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 신뢰와 안전에 대한 지각, 미래의 직업 결정여부, 삶의 가치(사회적 교류), 사회조직에 대한 믿음과 삶의 가치(정치 및 종교)이 선정되었다. 둘째, 청년기에 지각하는 주관적 안녕감에는 사회적 자본 중 신뢰와 안전에 대한 지각, 사회조직에 대한 믿음, 사회적 참여, 삶의 가치(사회적 교류) 순으로 영향력이 작용함을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 경제문제의식에는 사회조직에 대한 믿음, 삶의 가치(사회적 교류), 공동의 이익 추구, 신뢰와 안전에 대한 지각, 사회적 참여, 삶의 가치(정치 및 종교)가 유의미한 설명요인이었다. 넷째, 사회에 대한 낙관성에는 신뢰와 안전에 대한 지각, 사회조직에 대한 믿음 및 공동의 이익 추구가 유의미한 설명력을 가졌다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결론 및 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the perceived social capital in early adult period on the personal characteristics and the social perception. For this purpose, researchers used data from the twelfth years of the Korean Education and Employment Panel(KEEP) provided by Korean Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training. The subjects were 2551 and the Multiple regression analysis was applied to analyze the effects. The results of the study are as follows. First, the factors which influenced the self-efficacy were the perception on trust and stability, the future job decision, the social interaction, the trust on socal organization, the politics and religion. Second, the factors which influenced the subjective well-being were the perception on trust and stability, the trust on socal organization, social participation, the social interaction. Third, the factors which influenced the critical mind on economy were the trust on socal organization, the social interaction, the pursuit of common interests, the perception on trust and stability, social participation, the politics and religion. Lastly, the factors which influenced the optimism on society were the perception on trust and stability, the trust on socal organization, the pursuit of common interests. Conclusions and limitations of the study were discussed as well.
