간호대학생의 환자안전에 대한 태도, 비판적 사고성향, 안전간호수행능력의 관계

Relationships among Attitude of Patient Safety, Critical Thinking Disposition and Safety Nursing Activities in Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 환자안전에 대한 태도와 비판적 사고성향, 안전간호수행 능력의 정도와 이들 간의 관계를 확인하고 안전간호수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 2017년 9월 15일부터 10월10일까지 경기도에 소재한 2개 간호학과에서 구조화된 자가 보고형 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였으며 임상실습경험이 있는 3, 4학년에 재학 중인 255명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 대상자의 안전간호수행능력은 성별, 전공만족도, 임상실습시간, 역할모델여부, 안전교육경험 및 횟수에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였으며 환자안전에 대한 태도, 비판적 사고성향과 양적 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 안전간호수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 환자안전에 대한 태도와 비판적 사고성향이며 이들 변수는 간호대학생의 안전간호 수행능력을 23.4% 설명하였다. 본 연구를 토대로 향후 간호대학생의 안전간호수행 능력 영향요인을 고려한 프로그램을 개발하고 이와 연계하여 간호학과 교육과정 개선방안과 전략수립이 요구된다.

This study is descriptive research to examine the relationships among attitude of patient safety, critical thinking disposition, and safety nursing activity and identify influencing factors of safety nursing activity in nursing students. The participants were 255 3rd and 4th grade nursing students who had clinical practice from 2 nursing department in Gyeonggi-do province. Data were collected with structured questionnaire from September 15th to October 10th in 2017 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation, and multiple regression with SPSS 23.0 program. As a result, the participants safety nursing activity showed a statistically significant positive correlation with attitude of patient safety(r=.527, p<.001) and critical thinking disposition(r=.430, p<.001). The significant factors influencing the safety nursing activity were attitude of patient safety(β=0.31, p<.001) and critical thinking disposition(β=0.30, p<.001). Based on the findings of this study suggest that develop the program considering effective factors of safety nursing activity for nursing students and the direction and strategy of nursing curriculum should be linked with this.
