대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동간의 관계에서 성취목표지향성의 매개효과

Mediating Effect of Achievement Goal Orientation on the Relationship between Career Self-Efficacy and Career Preparation Behavior of University Students

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 성취목표지향성의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 위해 2017년 3월 6일부터 4월 14일까지 부산시 소재 D대학교 대학생 239명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 232명의 자료를 분석하였다. 각 변인의 관계를 알아보기 위해 적률 상관분석을 실시하였고, 숙달접근목표지향성과 수행접근목표지향성의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 및 논의를 통해 얻 어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로결정 자기효능감, 숙달접근목표지향성, 수행접근목표지향성, 진로준비행동 간에는 유의미한 상관이 있다. 둘째, 숙달접근목표지향성은 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동의 관계를 부분매개 한다. 하지만 수행접 근목표지향성은 매개효과가 없다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 대학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동을 촉진시키기 위해서는 대학생들의 숙달접근목표지향성을 향상시키기 위해 다양한 진로 교과목과 진로프로그램의 운영, 진로상담이 병 행되어야 하며, 대학생들이 자연스럽게 진로에 관심을 갖고 자발적인 진로준비행동을 할 수 있도록 다양한 접근 방안이 모색되어야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of achievement goal orientation on the relationship between Career Decision Self - Efficacy and Career Preparation Behavior of University Students. For the purpose of the study, 239 undergraduate students of D university in Busan were selected and surveyed from March 6 to April 14, 2017, and the final 232 students data were analyzed. In order to investigate the relationship of each variable, we conducted a random correlation analysis and performed hierarchical regression analysis to verify the mediating effect of mastery approach goal orientation and performance goal approach orientation. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant correlation between career decision self - efficacy, mastery approach goal orientation, performance approach goal orientation, and career preparation behavior. Second, the mastery approach goal orientation partially mediated the relationship between career decision self - efficacy and career preparation behavior. On the other hand, performance goal orientation did not show mediating effects. In order to promote the career decision self-efficacy and career preparation behavior of college students, various career courses, career program management, career counseling should be performed in parallel, and University students should be naturally interested in the career and voluntarily prepare for the career. A variety of approaches about career should be sought to enable action.
