High-functional engineering plastic such as polycarbonate finally in the petrochemical process has a superior mechanical physical properties. Therefore, engineering plastics have become widely used in all industrial fields. The amount of the engineering plastics are constantly increasing. Moreover, the carbon fiber reinforced composite material utilizing carbon fibers are also being expanded application. Recently the application of the composite material reinforced by carbon fibers or glass fibers in a thermoplastic polymer resin base is increasing in many industries. There are many waste and environment problem according to abolition of use or depleted durability. Therefore, we need waste processing method of the wasted short carbon fiber reinforced composite material because it is cause the enviromnental problem.
