Application Study on the Joints Interface for easy Remodeling in Long Life Housing -Applied to the Plus 50 Long Life Experimental Housing-

This study is on the interface for easy remodeling of the long life housing. Especially, it focused on the long life experimental housing; the Plus 50 Symbiotic Experimental Housing as case study located on the Korea Institute of Construction Technology, Ilsan, Goyang-shi. The purpose of this study is to review the joint interface study and to examine the interface of design & construction on the Plus 50 symbiotic experimental housing. In order to enhance Remodelling easily on the basis of the Plus 50, I examine the interface between skeleton and infill. I suggest the way of joint interface as examples for long life housing design direction. Suggestions are applicable to the planning and designing works of long life housing in Korea.
