A Study on the Payment for the Space Charging System of University Facilities

The Space Charging System is the reasonable tool for the efficient management of the university facilities. However, there is some practical problems when the rental fee of excessive space is payed because the amount and method of payment is indistinct. Therefore, this study intends to propose the reasonable amount and method of payment of rental fee of excessive space in university facilities using the example of C-University in Gyeongnam. First, to estimate the rental fee of space, it is needed to use an offical price of building and land. From the offical price and depreciation of 20 years, the monthly rental fee can be calculated. Second, to facilitate the payment method, some of the management of research funds should be improved.
