It is possible to implement a eco-friendly and energy efficient building, and derive the optimal design alternatives and various evaluations. And it is possible to reduce cost in terms economical over the entire process of building. Therefore, in this study, utilizing the BIM, the performance evaluation model of BESES(BIM based Energy Efficiency Evaluation Simulator) is proposed as a program for the analysis evaluation of eco-friendly and energy efficient building. In other words, there is a purpose in studying the overall performance evaluation model to develop an integrated management system. Also, the DB environment and implement components integrated by 3D object information is applied to make the performance evaluation analysis during the building life cycle. In this study, the proposed implement components of BESES system can support the 3D integration environment to evaluate potential amount of energy use of the building, energy cost, carbon dioxide emissions, renewable energy, and provide the related evaluation score.
