An Analysis on Work Environment Factors and Smartwork Workplace Design

remendous changes such as global economy, organizational change, changes in workers demographics and in their lifestyle choices, changes in technology and etc. are influencing work itself and workplace. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that cause changes in work and workplace and how these factors affect the way employees work, where they work from, and the environment they work in. In response to diverse aspects, organizations need to change and their work environments need to become more flexible, empowering, communicative, and pleasing. In smartwork environment work types are divided into interaction, intensive work, learning and training, and collaborative work. And work spaces that supports both of these types of work are needed.
