A Study on the Visitor s Movement in Historic Museum - Focused on SEOUL MUSEUM OF HISTORY, NATIONAL MUSEUM OF KOREA, and NATIONAL PALACE MUSEUM OF KOREA -

The Museum appeared many changes about spatial aspect, that is, the exhibition space can be communicated with visitors. Therefore the museum should consider visitors movement and its spatial factors, that arrange of work of art. in the planning stage of exhibitions. Also the exhibition space is integrated and segment by visitors-circulation-path. When visitors see and move exhibition of museum, its path is determined by the amount of knowledge and information which visitors obtains. Therefore it is very important to analyze the museum circulation-path. The main object of this study is to research characteristics of visitors-circulation-path in Museum. First of all, this study analyzes spaces of the gallery in history museum and second is that visitors, who see exhibition in gallery, trace and examine their moving route. According to this investigation and study, the result of this study summarized as follow: According to this investigation and study, the result of this study summarized as follow: 1)Exhibition manager should suggest alternatives about the problems that visitors are confused about visitors-circulation-path of Museum. 2)The exhibition plan which arrange and organize factors of exhibition should be established by priority in the beginning stage
