According to the survey on the status of aging buildings in Korea, the aging of concrete buildings such as houses and apartment buildings has been increased rapidly. Therefore, the research related to the crack measurement, that is one of the importance factor, for monitoring buildings is also increasing. Cracks on the exterior walls of buildings detract from the beauty of the aesthetic building, cause weakening of the structural allowance, and cause heat bridging, which increases the energy loss of the building, so the surveyor must manage it regularly. The method of measuring cracks is usually done by a visual inspection of the test person, but this method can be subject to the subject of the test person, so the result may vary depending on individual differences. This paper will improve the objectivity of crack analysis by numerical analysis of thermal image using InfReC Analyzer Lite and MATLAB R2016a program. In addition, it will suggest how to predict crack progression in buildings.
