We can predict that real estate market and rental price will be declined seriously by the economic recession. As ongoing financial and corporate restructuring unemployment rate and average vacancy rate will jump and rental price will be declined after the rest half of this year. Despite the opening of the Korean real estate market in an effort to boost foreign investors are increasingly adoping a wait-and-see attitude. therefore it can be expected that vacancy rate won’t go down and provincial office leasing market will be more sluggish than Seoul.
