Development of Web-based Building Performance Evaluation System

People who has, operates and use buildings make an effort to collect various information on building for decision making. But they waste information collecting fee and effort because there is not offered accurate information for evaluation of Building performance. So it is not enough to empasize that is need of building information system In this research suggests that (1) items of performance evaluation can be divided into two categories - performance of building itself, performance of exterior effect on building (2) web-based building performance evaluation system through computerization of the building performance evaluation and development of the building performance information breakdown structure.
