Although the national vaccination program has been carried out mainly in infants and young children, the importance of immunization is increasing in adults as well because it reduces the incidence and mortality of infectious diseases and vaccines were newly developed in diseases that were not able to be vaccinated. To help health care providers use the vaccine effectively to prevent disease, the contents of vaccines for influenza, pneumococcal, herpes zoster, measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, chicken pox, human papillomavirus, hepatitis A and hepatitis B have been summarized.
