A Study on Preference and Support Effect of Export Assistance Program for SMEs in Incheon

The purpose of this study is to analyze the preference and support effect of beneficiary firms on the EAP (Export Assistance Program) of Incheon area, And to contribute to enhancement of managing EAP. To do this, we conducted a survey and empirical analysis by analyzing previous research and literature data, and verified the research hypothesis through one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a difference in the preference and support effect of EAP. Second, there is a positive correlation between preference and support effect for EAP. The result of this study suggests that we can improve the support effect and satisfaction of the entire EAP by operating a consumer-oriented system focusing on the projects of EAP with high preference and support effect
