Analysis of the Fire Case That Verified a Fire Origin Using an Arc Bead

화재가 주변으로 확대되는 경우에 피해를 입은 사람들은 화재가 시작된 건물의 소유자 등을 상대로 소송을 제기하는 경우가 적지 않다. 이러한 소송에서 발화개소가 어느 곳인가가 쟁점이 되고 있는데, 발화개소를 과학적으로 입증하는 것이 쉽지않아 소송과정에서 피해를 입은 사람들이 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이 논문에서는 심야에 발생한 화재로 여러 점포가 피해를 입어 소송으로 발전한 사례를 분석하였다. 연소상황, 단락흔, 기계경비시스템의 감지기 작동 순서를 종합적으로 분석하여 단락흔이 발굴된 곳이 발화개소임을 입증하였다.

Several stores were damaged by the fire breaking out in the late night and a victim filed a lawsuit. This study analyzed their lawsuit. Fire damage situations, an arc bead, and the operation order of the sensor of electronic security system were generally analyzed. Finally, it was verified that the fire origin was the place where an arc bead was found.
