공공기관의 특성을 반영한 업무연속성관리체계 모델 제안

Proposal of Business Continuity Management System Model Reflecting Characteristics of Public Institutions

기존의 업무연속성관리체계는 대부분 관련 국제표준인 ISO 22301의 요구사항에 기반하여 수립되었다. 국제표준의 특성상 범용적으로 적용할 수 있다는 장점이 있지만, 적용 대상의 특성을 반영하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 ISO 22301의 요구사항을 재구성한 후 공공기관에 시범 적용하여 시사점을 도출하였으며, 이를 통해 재난 또는 사고로 인해 국내 공공기관의 업무가 중단될 경우에 대비한 업무연속성관리체계 모델을 제시하였다.

Most of the existing Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) was established based on the requirements of ISO 22301. While there are advantages to applying globally applicable characteristics of international standards, there is a limit to reflecting the characteristics of the applications. In this study, the requirements of ISO 22301 were reviewed, and a applied to the public sector for implication. In consequence, we purposed the BCMS model that preventing the interruption of the work of local public sectors due to disasters or accidents.
