창의적인 인물의 개인적 특성 및 능력 발휘에 관한 연구:

A Study on Personal Characteristics and Using Abilities of Creative Individuals: Based on MBC ‘Infinite Challenge’ Kim Tae-ho PD

본 연구에서는 뛰어난 창의성을 가진 개인으로 대표되는 MBC ‘무한도전’의 김태호PD를 대상으로 창의적인 인물의 개인적 특성 및 능력 발휘에 관해 탐색하였다. 연구를 위해 관련된 선행연구를 살펴보았고 김태호PD의 인터뷰 기사가 실려 있는 자료 를 다각도로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 자료 정리 및 검토, 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 <개인적 특성>과 <능력 발휘> 양상으로 나누어 제시되었다. <개인적 특성>은 좋아하고 하고 싶은 것을 선택하다, 패션으로 자신을 표현하다, 자신을 채우는 시간을 가지다, 자신만의 확고한 가치와 철학이 있다, 특별한 PD이고 ‘아주 특별한 사람’이다가 있었다. <능력 발휘>에는 일주일 내내 고민하며 아이디어를 엮어가다, 프로그램 ‘안’에서 다양한 도전을 하다, 위기와 실패에 대해 남다른 관점을 가지다, 걱정하기보다 최선을 다할 뿐: 비교 대상은 과거의 ‘무한도전’, 기존에 없던 ‘새로움’으로 리드하다, 공감과 소통으로 차원을 달리 하다, 협업으로 완성해 나가다, 동료에 대한 애정과 신뢰가 일로 표현되다가 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 개인의 창의성을 발휘하여 각자가 원하고 꿈꾸는 바를 실현하고 행복한 삶을 살도록 돕는 교육적함의를 확인할 수 있을 것이다. 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 논의 및 결론, 향후 연구에대한 제언을 제시하였다.

In this study, I searched about personal characteristics and using abilities of creative individuals, based on MBC Infinite Challenge Kim Tae-ho PD, which is an individual with outstanding creativity. I investigated the related researches for the study and the data on the interviews of him. Based on the collected data, I organized and reviewed the data, analyzed the contents. The results of this study were divided into individual characteristics and using of abilities. First, personal characteristics include he chooses what he likes and wants to do, he express himself in fashion, he has time to fill himself, he has his own firm values and philosophy, he is a special PD and a very special person. Second, using abilities include he thinks all week and organizes ideas, he has various challenges in the program, he has a different perspective on crisis and failure, he does his best rather than worry: the subject of comparison is ‘Infinite Challenge’ of the past, he leads with a novelty that was not existing, he varies in dimension by empathy and communication, he completes with collaboration, he expresses affection and trust in his colleagues as work. Through this study, it will be able to confirm the educational implications of helping each person to live a happy life by realizing their dreams and developing their creativity. A discussion, conclusion, and suggestions for future research were presented on the basis of the findings
