STEAM Mentoring Program Using Annual Salary Model of Baseball Player

본 연구에서는 우리 주변에서 찾을 수 있는 대상에 다양한 학문적 시각을 심어주고, 수학지식을 단지 안다는 것에서 알고자 하는 것, 실제로 수학을 해보는 실천적 교수 학습을 통한 융합형 영재 사사교육 모델을 제시하 고자 한다. 사사교육이란 단편적인 지식의 습득으로 끝나는 것이 아닌, 미래 연구의 확장성과 연속성을 위한 전초 단계이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 영재들을 위한 융합형사사교육의 모델로, 스포츠분야에서 계량화하기 힘든 요소를 수치화하고 R 프로그램을 활용하여 스포츠속에 숨어있는 수학적 원리의 적합성과 유용성을 통하여 미래에 대한 정확한 예측을 함으로써,“ 연구의 연속성”을 위한 융합형 사사모델을 제시하고자 한다.

We propose practical STEAM mentoring program for gifted student which implant mathematical view point in the circumference and is from know to seek knowing more about mathematical knowledge. Mentoring program is an outpost step for continuous research, not learning of fractional knowledge. In this paper, we STEAM mentoring model as part of the “continuity of research”. Using R, we express numerically factor to impossible measuring in sport field and predict exactlt the future based on seeking suitableness and usability of mathematical principle behind sport.
