초등학생용 사회적 기술 평정 척도 개발 및 구인 타당성 검증

The Development and Cross Validation of Social Skills Rating Scale for Elementary Students

본 연구의 목적은 초등학생에게 적합한 사회적 기술 평정 척도를 개발하고, 이 평정 척도의 구인 타당성을 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 선행 문헌 및 관련 검사도구 분석, 일반 및 특수 교사와의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰, 일반 및 특수 교사의 문항 중요도 평가 등의 절차를 통해 사회적 기술 평정 척도를 개발하였다. 개발된 사회적 기술 평정 척도를 사용하여 372명의 초등학생을 평정한 결과를 바탕으로 사회적 기술에 대한 탐색적 요인 분석 및 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였고, 373 명의 초등학생을 평정한 결과를 바탕으로 확인적 요인 분석을 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인 분석 결과, 사회적 기술의 4요인 구조가 나타났으며, 이에 대한 신뢰도는 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 확인적 요인 분석 결과 , 모형 적합도가 비교적 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하였으며, 본 연구의 예비적 검정으로서의 충분성에 대한 제한점 등이 논의되었다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a social skill rating scale which is suitable for Korea and to perform cross validation of social skills rating scale. To achieve this purpose, social skills rating scale was developed through extensive review on social skills literature and existing social skills assessments, focus group interviews with teachers, and teachers’ importance rating of each item. Sample consisted of 372 for exploratory factor analysis and 373 for confirmatory factor analysis. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis were undertaken to assess its factor structure. Results showed that exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis supported four-factor structure and internal consistency reliability was satisfactory. The results were summarized and the limitations as the preliminary study were discussed.
