상담대학원생의 ‘배움 경험’에 대한 협력적 자문화기술지

‘Learning Experience’ of a Counseling Graduate Student:

이 연구는 상담대학원생의 ‘배움’ 경험에 대한 협력적 자문화기술지로 배움의 단절과 회복이 어떻게 이루어지는지를 기술하고 있다. 대학원 과정에서의 배움 경험이 존재의 거절로 지각되면서 가지게 된 두려움은 관계를 단절하는 등 힘든 시간이었지만 자신에 대한 성찰과 협력적 자문화기술지를 쓰는 과정을 통해서 회복해 나갈 수 있었다. 연구의 목적을 위해 자기성찰, 개 인분석, 대화자료, 기억자료, 피드백자료 등을 수집·분석하였다. 분석 결과 주요 범주는 <존재를 건 대학원 생활: ‘배울 수 없음’>, <존재를 확인받지 못함: ‘부서진 나’>, <아픈 나를 만나고 인정함: ‘배움의 시작’> 로 나타났다. 존재감의 결여가 배움을 방해하고, 배움 과정에서 받는 피드백이 존재에 대한 거절과 평가로 지각됨을 볼 수 있었다. 아울러 존재감의 결여를 직면하고 애도하는 과정을 통해서 배움에 대한 동기와 시도가 시작된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구가 상담대학원 과정에서 존재감의 결여로 인해 ‘배울 수 없음’의 상황에 처해 있는 이들의 역동을 이해하고, 해결의 단서를 제공하는데 도움이 되기를 바란다.

This study is a collaborative autoethnography on learning experience of a counsellor graduate student and describes how discontinuation and recovery of learning take place. As the learning experiences at the graduate courses were recognized as denial of the existence, fears grew and this led to turbulent times where I cut out most of the relationships. However, the researcher was able to recover through the process of reflections on myself and writing a collaborative autoethnography. Research process is as follows; First, data collection - personal memory, archival materials, self-observation, self-reflection, and self-analysis. Second, date analysis - segmenting, categorizing, and regrouping the data to figure out what the data meant. Third, data interpretation &#8211; this is to discuss what exists deeper in the researcher and to connect the researcher with others and put things in the sociocultural context. The results showed that the lack of presence interfered with learning and the feedback received during the learning process was perceived as rejection and evaluation on the existence. In addition, the researcher found out that motivation and willingness to learn can be initiated by facing the fact and mourning for the lack of presence. The researcher expect that this research will help understand the dynamics of those who are in a situation of being unable to learn due to lack of presence in the graduate course for counselling and to provide clues to solutions.
